Ralph Ogden

    Ralph Ogden is a practicing attorney in Denver.  He chaired the committee that wrote initiated Amendment 69 and helped with the 2016 campaign. He’s done humanitarian work in Myanmar, Cambodia, Guyana, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kenya and Puerto Rico and helped investigate war crimes in Kosovo.  He’s the author of a chapter on ethnic cleansing and war crimes in Kosovo in a book published by the American Bar Association and has written a legal textbook on appellate advocacy in Colorado. He’s the author of a forthcoming book about a little girl who grew up during the first Taliban reign of terror in Afghanistan. He’s twice been a guest lecturer at the Peking University People’s Hospital Department of Neurosurgery and attended two industrial conferences in China in 2019. He’s the vice-chair and chair-elect of the Centennial Rotary Club Foundation, is a member of the Rotary District 5450 grant review subcommittee and has worked on Rotary projects in Kenya and Puerto Rico. He has three adopted children, including two from Cambodia, a Kenyan foster son and a Nicaraguan foster daughter and is dad to many kids at a children’s home in Meru, Kenya.
